Order Process

• Select the beads and setting you would like to commission
• Download the order form and mark your selections
• Scan E-mail or FAX us the completed order form
• We will send you an invoice for the commissioned work
• Make payment by Paypal, check or credit card
• We send you the shipping package with our easy to follow shipping procedures
• You send us the cremains by USPS Registered Mail in the prepaid shipping package
• We will make the beads following our industry standard Chain of Custody procedures
• You will receive the return package by USPS Registered Mail
