Our Order Process

• Select the beads and setting you would like to commission
• Download the order form and mark your selections
• Scan and E-mail or FAX us the completed order form
• We will send you the collection kit with our easy to follow handling instructions
• We will send you an invoice for the commissioned work with the kit
• You can make your payment by Paypal, check or credit card
• You send us the cremated remains, we recommend by USPS Registered Mail
• We will make your beads using our industry standard Chain of Custody procedures
• You will receive the return package by USPS Registered Mail within 2 to 3 weeks
